The Anti-Corruption Commission Seychelles (ACCS) and Information Commission (InfoCom) boost collaborations with the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
The MOU is aimed at improving the exchange of information, facilitating greater awareness, transferring knowledge and promoting training programs to combat corruption for the benefit of the country.
The signing took place on the 6th of August 2024 between Ms. May De Silva, ACCS Commissioner, and Ms. Mumtaz Hasan, InfoCom Chief Information Commissioner. Also present at the ceremony was Mr. Denis Joubert – ACCS Deputy Commissioner, Ms. Angela Payet – ACCS Legal Advisor, Mr. Peter Lalande, InfoCom Information Commissioner and Mr. Egbert Rosalie, InfoCom Information Commissioner. Particular mention to Mr. Mark Carroll, UK Criminal Justice Advisor, for his instrumental role in this process.
